Technical Operation Manager

Job description


- Perform Local Testing of the products
- Liaise with the Merchants/Businesses on API integration and escalate any issues that may arise while integrating
- Perform Post Integration Tests and monitoring before the product is rolled out
- Analyze incident logs and spot trends and underlying issues from reports
- Provided base level Technical support to non-technical personnel within the business
- Conduct research to address customer concerns
- Up-to-date research on the latest technologies and solutions applicable to company products
- 3rd Party API Integration Support
- Merchant/Client/Customer Support
- Liaise between the Engineering Support and Business Development.
- 3rd Party Downtime Tracking & Follow up



Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or it's equivalent in computer science

2. 2 years or more technical support experience in Financial technology industry

3. in-depth knowledge of communication network

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
