Quality Assurance Analyst (Product)

Job description

  • Work with our product management team to write test cases for new features
  • Develop test coverage for existing feature
  • Understand our product and services in detail
  • Be responsible for preparing and completing UAT, present your conclusions to the Product Director to decide whether to pass or fail UAT
  • Log and manage detailed bugs tickets. Work with product and engineering to close them
  • Support and train other stakeholders if required
  • Use your platform knowledge to help to resolve operational issues if required

Requirements

-Bsc Degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, HCI, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Social Science, or a related field
-3 years or more work experience in software products including quality assurance
-Sound knowledge of testing and software development process
-Ability to quickly understand new concepts
-Experience in financial services platforms is also an added advantage
