Operations Support (Kaduna, Kano)

Job description

• Responsible for following up on the relevant affairs of the marketing team(BDM/BD) and connecting with the operations department.

• Responsible for constantly improving the market policies and business operation standards issued by the headquarters, and promoting and assisting the standardization of the work of the market team.

• Collects reports from the BDMs and reporting the same to the City Manager

• Take notes at meetings and provide general assistance during presentations.

• Dealing with incoming emails, posts, and messages and all correspondence on behalf of the manager.

• Liaising with merchants, users, and staff.
