Human Resource Manager

Job description

  • Develop local HR Policies and procedures base on headquarter guideline
  • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions, attract the talents
  • Ensure all employee data are accurately recorded and constantly updated on applicable Software
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Ensure that the Company and Each Business Line complies with Government Laws on Labor and related matters.
  • Update, monitor and ensure absolute compliance with all HR and Admin policies including those related to recruitment, appraisals, immigration, discipline, grievance, operations, safety, leave and termination
  • Monitor and drive employee performance
  • Ensure complaints and grievances are skillfully handled in line with company policy and labor laws to promote harmony, justice and employee improvement
  • Supervise collation of attendance data and ensure timely monthly payroll processing
  • Salary survey to maintain competitive market salary level
  • Develop and maintain an effective relationship with ALL employees through focused bi-monthly meeting and provide subsequent feedback to management for consideration
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as the need arises

Requirements

  • At least 3 years work experience as Human Resource Manager
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrative experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in digital financial service industry/tech industry could be a plus
