City Manager

Job description

1. Daily Manage the Business Development Managers allocated by the line manager in designated LGAs of Lagos
2. Meet the team’s KPI target set by the Company
3. Train the Agent Supervisors to be more efficient in managing the agent sales/ agents team
4. Give the relating team performance report on a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis.
5. Abide by the rules and regulations of the Company.

Requirements

1. Minimum Relevant experience of 2 years in Management

2. Ability to Multi-task

3. Good Interpersonal Communication skills

4. Bachelors degree/HND In Business Administration, Psychology or any other related discipline

5. Ability to work well within teams and deliver the expected results as at when needed.
